Shipping Policy

JOY OF TRADE LLC ("we," "us," or "our") strives to deliver your orders promptly and transparently. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on joyoftrade.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Domestic (U.S.): Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selected at checkout).
  • International: Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS International, depending on destination.
  • Shipping Options: Standard, expedited, or economy shipping may be available.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • United States: 5–7 business days after processing.
  • International: 7–21 business days after processing (varies by destination and customs).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may apply for orders over a specified amount (if applicable).
  • International: Calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Use this to monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website.

6. Delays & Issues

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 2 business days to offer a refund or replacement.
  • Lost/Damaged Packages: Report issues to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Provide photos and tracking details for investigation.

7. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be deemed undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address.
  • Failed customs clearance (international orders).
  • Unclaimed packages after multiple delivery attempts.

In such cases, you will be responsible for reshipment costs or issued a refund minus original shipping fees.
