  • Timeframe: You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (including tags, packaging, and hygiene seals).
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
    • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products) are not eligible.

3. Refund Process

  • Deductions: Return shipping costs and restocking fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

4. Exchanges

  • Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
  • Process: Follow the same return steps above and specify the replacement item (size/color).
  • Price Differences: You will cover any price increase for exchanges; refunds are issued for price decreases.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, or wear after delivery.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages).
  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the 30-day window.

6. Shipping Costs & Risks

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
  • Lost/Damaged Returns: We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. Use tracked shipping and retain proof of postage.
